General FAQ

Will my current telecommunication services be interrupted during the switch to a Yak Pak?
Yak will transfer your home phone and high speed Internet service from your current provider seamlessly. You should notice no interruption in your service during the transition. You may experience a delivery delay of your Yak High Speed Internet modem via Canada Post.
Are long distance minutes included in a Yak Pak?
