Yak Paks plus WIND Mobile
- Yak Pak Basic plus WIND Mobile includes Yak Home Phone Basic service, Yak High Speed Internet at 5 Mbps, 100 Yak Long Distance minutes to anywhere in Canada and USA and any WIND Mobile voice plan.
- Yak Pak Lite plus WIND Mobile includes Yak Home Phone Lite service with two features, Yak High Speed Internet at 5 Mbps, 300 Yak Long Distance minutes to anywhere in Canada and USA and any WIND Mobile voice plan.
- Yak Pak Fully Loaded plus WIND Mobile includes Yak Home Phone Fully Loaded service with five features, Yak High Speed Internet at 5 Mbps, 400 Yak Long Distance minutes to anywhere in Canada and USA and any WIND Mobile voice plan.
- Customers will receive a monthly invoice for Yak Home Phone and Yak High Speed Internet from Yak Communications (Canada) Corp., and a second monthly invoice from WIND Mobile for the selected voice plan.
- Customers must remit full monthly payments to each company independently.
- All inquires on Yak Home Phone and Yak High Speed Internet can be directed to Yak Customer Service at 1-800-490-7235 and all WIND Mobile inquires can be directed to WIND Customer Service at 1-877-809-4631.
- Package discount of $10.00 is applicable to Yak Paks in select areas only.
- A monthly bundling discount of $5 is applicable when bundling either Yak Home Phone or Yak High Speed with a WIND Mobile service.
- Monthly invoice from Yak for Home Phone and High Speed Internet will reflect this discount. Monthly WIND Mobile invoice will not reflect a discounted price for bundling.
- Monthly discount of $10.00 or $5.00 is only applicable when both Yak account status and WIND Mobile account status are in active and current standing.
- Cancellation of any one product within the package offer will result in monthly billing at a la carte service rates.
- Services and package discount are not subject to any written contract and there is no cost to cancel any service in the package at any time.
